Singing bowls (source: Wikipedia, engl.) are a type of standing bell. Rather than hanging inverted or attached to a handle, standing bells sit with the bottom surface resting. The sides and rim of singing bowls vibrate to produce sound.
Singing bowls were traditionally used throughout Asia and the tradition of making sound with bronze bowls could go back 3,000 years to the bronze age.
Today singing bowls are widely used as an aid to meditation and as a tool for trance induction. They are also used in yoga, music therapy, sound healing, religious services, performance and for personal enjoyment.
You are invited to sit, lay on carpets and cushions, meditate, dream, by yourself or in interaction with others, still or in motion.
Michael observes and reflects the atmosphere, controls the dynamics of the process, and - using, singing bowls, cimbels, energy chimes, gongs, and maybe some lyrics - produces a cloud of sound, in order to catch your body, mind and soul, to carry you away, let you fly.
Enjoy the good vibrations as an entry into an intesive day
